Project Summary
Conserve Solutions was engaged to facilitate the GSAS sustainability compliance process during the construction stage of a 25-story premium residential tower located in Lusail City’s Waterfront District. The development features over 33,700 sq. m. of built-up area and comprises 142 serviced apartments across 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom configurations.
Our team supported the project in aligning with GSAS v2 Group Residential requirements, targeting a 2-Star Rating, and ensuring adherence to Lusail’s sustainable development guidelines. Activities included construction-stage sustainability documentation, coordination with project stakeholders, and facilitating best practices in green construction.
This project demonstrates Conserve’s strength in managing sustainability frameworks for high-rise residential developments within regulated urban masterplans.
